SHIPPING

Item Availability
If you are placing a custom order, please allow for additional time beyond the expected shipment time indicated on the Product Detail page. The additional time required for customization varies from several days to several weeks depending on the options that you select.
Non-custom Items could take 2-4 weeks depending on what is in stock.


Pre-Sale Items
Pre-Sale items are items that are not yet in stock, but are available for advanced purchase on our site. A Pre-Sale item that you order is shipped directly to you as soon as it is In Stock. You will be notified of the status of your Pre-Sale item via e-mail. Expected shipment time will always be indicated on the Product Detail page.

Please note that expected shipment times appearing on the Product Detail page refer to the time when the item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination.


Custom Order Items
Custom Order items require some additional time before they can be shipped. Expected adjustment time (for example, "Custom Order: Add 3-4 weeks for adjustment") is indicated on the Product Detail page. Your Custom Order item will be shipped once your item is ready, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will be notified of the status of your Custom Order item by e-mail.



Shipping Methods and Costs
Depending on the item(s) you purchase at www.SportRobe.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s) (Note: some items may only offer one shipping method). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will be automatically calculated during checkout, prior to the completion of your order.

Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Third Day, or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Economy Ground, (6-10 business days)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Economy Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 6-10 full business days. Customized Products will be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping only and cannot be expedited. The shipping time will vary depending on the product selected and the customization time needed. Tracking your Order

How can you track your order?

Orders placed at SportRobe.com may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).

To find out your Order Status
Check your e-mail. You were required to enter an e-mail address during Checkout; you will receive e-mails at your address keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.
Visit the website. Sign In for Your Order History at SportRobe.com 24 hours a day. You may view information about your most recent orders (including tracking information) as well as past orders.
Contact us. If you still have questions about your order, please contact us via e-mail.
The status of your order is supplied by SportRobe.com, and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (such as FedEx, USPS or UPS) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered*. The tracking information is accessible from Your Order History on our website when it becomes available.

*Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse.

Steps for redeeming a Promotion or Discount Code:

On either the shopping cart page or during the checkout, enter the code exactly as it appears, in the box next to "Coupon or Discount Codes." Codes are not case sensitive.
If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in the payment summary. Only one Promotional Discount code per order will be accepted.

E-mails About Your Order
After you place your order, you will receive e-mails about your order. Below are examples of e-mails you might receive:

Order Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.

Shipment Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, item selected, and your shipping location.

Important notice about your order. There are a few reasons why you would receive this e-mail, including: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, duplicate order, cancellation of order. Order Status
Check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your SportRobe.com orders. Please note: order information may not appear on SportRobe.com in your order history for up to 1 hour after the order has been placed.

When you click on Order Status, you will be prompted to log in with your e-mail address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current order or past orders. After your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. Depending on the shipping company, you can click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. A shipping company may not have the ability to track a number for up to 48 business hours.

Delivery of Your Items
Delivery of your items can take anywhere from three to eight full business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout.(An estimate of when a product leaves the warehouse is indicated on the Product Detail page.) Cancellations
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
Item(s) not available.
Difficulty in processing your payment information.
Cannot ship to address provided.
Duplicate order was placed.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact a Customer Service Specialist by e-mail for a recommendation.

Customer Requested Cancellations
We regret that once an order has been submitted, it is not possible to cancel it.

RETURNS & WARRANTIES

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from www.sportrobe.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.

The item must be returned in perfect condition, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. After 14 days, please contact the manufacturer directly at info@SportRobe.com.

Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. For a list of exceptions to our Standard Return policies and instructions on how to return these particular items please read our Return Exceptions policy.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Specialist within 30 days of delivery at info@SportRobe.com. Please be prepared to supply us with the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. SportRobe.com will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Service, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Credit
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Returning an item
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in perfect condition, to ensure full credit.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
To receive credit, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.

Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

Please note that purchased items from SportRobe.com cannot be returned to NFL Shop retail stores. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
